Chi\u0219in\u0103u, Alecu Russo, 59\/3, ap.(of.) 4 (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Controller&#8221;, &#8220;we&#8221;).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 195\/2024 &#8220;On the Protection of Personal Data&#8221; (entered into force on August 23, 2026);<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 133\/2011 &#8220;On the Protection of Personal Data&#8221; (until August 23, 2026);<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Other normative acts of the Republic of Moldova in the field of personal data protection.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">This Policy applies to all personal data that the Controller receives from users of the Website or about users of the Website.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"\">2. Basic Concepts<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Personal data<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Data subject<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 a natural person whose personal data is processed by the Controller (Website user).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Personal data processing<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 any action or set of actions performed with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Controller<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 the person who determines the purposes and means of personal data processing.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"\">3. Principles of Personal Data Processing<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">The Controller processes personal data based on the following principles:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Lawfulness and fairness<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 processing is carried out on lawful grounds and is fair in relation to the data subject.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Purpose limitation<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 data is collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes and is not further processed in purposes incompatible with these purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Data minimization<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 only the data necessary to achieve the declared purposes is processed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Accuracy<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 data must be accurate and, where necessary, up to date.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Storage limitation<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Integrity and confidentiality<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 appropriate data security is ensured.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Accountability<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 the Controller is responsible for complying with the above principles and must be able to demonstrate this.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"\">4. Categories of Personal Data Processed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">The Controller may process the following categories of personal data of Website users:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Identification data:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> first name, last name.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Contact data:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> email address, phone number.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Delivery data:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> delivery address (when placing an order).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Payment data:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> payment information (processed by payment systems).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Technical data:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> IP address, browser type, device type, data on visited pages, access time.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Special categories of data<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> (race, ethnic origin, political views, religious beliefs, health data, etc.) are <\/span><strong><span class=\"\">not processed<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> by the Controller.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"\">5. Processing on this ground is carried out with respect for the rights and freedoms of the data subject.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"\">6. Rights of the Personal Data Subject<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">In accordance with Law No. 195\/2024, the user has the following rights:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Right of access<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 to obtain confirmation of the processing of their data and a copy of the processed data.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Right to rectification<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Right to erasure<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> (&#8220;right to be forgotten&#8221;) \u2014 to request deletion of data where certain grounds exist.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Right to restriction of processing<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 to request restriction of data processing.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Right to data portability<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 to receive their data in a structured, commonly used format and to transfer it to another controller.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Right to object<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 to object to data processing based on legitimate interest or for marketing purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Right not to be subject to an automated decision<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 including profiling that has legal consequences.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Right to be informed<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 to be informed about data processing at the time of collection.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Right to lodge a complaint<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> \u2014 with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">To exercise their rights, the user may send a request to: <\/span><strong><span class=\"\">office @ inprint.md<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> or in writing to the address: str. Sarmizegetusa, 24\/1, Chi\u0219in\u0103u, MD2032.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">The Controller is obliged to review the request and provide information on the actions taken <\/span><strong><span class=\"\">no later than one month<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> from the date of receipt of the request. Where necessary, the term may be extended by two months, with notification to the data subject of the reasons for the extension.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Information is provided <\/span><strong><span class=\"\">free of charge<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">. However, in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, the Controller has the right to charge a reasonable fee or refuse to satisfy the request.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"\">7. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">The Controller may transfer personal data to the following categories of third parties:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Service providers:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> hosting providers, IT companies, delivery services.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Payment systems:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> for processing payments.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">State bodies:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> upon lawful requests in accordance with legislation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Third parties process data exclusively for the purposes determined by the Controller and on the basis of contracts ensuring the confidentiality and security of the data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Transfer of data outside the Republic of Moldova is carried out only subject to ensuring an adequate level of personal data protection in the recipient country or in the presence of other guarantees provided by law.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"\">8. Personal Data Storage Period<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">The Controller stores personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Data for order processing:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> for the period necessary to perform the contract and comply with accounting and tax legislation requirements (up to 5 years).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Marketing data:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> until withdrawal of consent by the data subject.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Technical data (logs):<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> up to 12 months.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Data processed on the basis of consent:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> until withdrawal of consent.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Upon expiry of the storage period, the data shall be deleted or anonymized.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"\">9. Personal Data Security<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">The Controller takes the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, destruction, or other unlawful actions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Encryption of data during transmission (HTTPS\/SSL).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Restriction of access to personal data to authorized employees only.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Regular updating of security systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Training of employees on the rules for working with personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Regular audit of data processing processes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">In the event of a personal data breach that may create a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, the Controller will notify the National Center for Personal Data Protection within <\/span><strong><span class=\"\">72 hours<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\"> from the moment of detecting the incident and, where necessary, the data subjects themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"\">10.
